Return and Exchange Policy

GENERAL

Items purchased online must be returned via post or at our store in Golden Square, Victoria.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not exchange for change of mind due to health and safety with hair products and electrical. 

FAULTY

If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

WARRANTY

Product warranties are held with the manufactures with a minimum 12 months, see individual warranty documents enclosed in your electrical item for further information. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, My Hair will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us will be at your expense.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online can be returned in one of the following ways:

1. Return by post for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange; or

2. Return at 289 High Street Golden Square, Victoria 3555 for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.
